ReplyDeleteI couldn't resist such an offer! Here's a funny story: C had a toy today and was showing me how she could fit in the space between her mattress and the bed. I warned her not to leave it in there and lose it. She said, "No, this is a case of space-gee. Space-gee is like...when you can't lose something in the bed."

I warned her not to leave it and forget about it. She said, "No, this is a case of space-gee. Space-gee is when...like, for example, when you can't lose something in a bed."
ReplyDeleteOh, I simply adore this painting - such happiness! You are so kind to send it out into the world.

ReplyDeleteSharon,
ReplyDeleteYour work is beautiful. I have enjoyed your work in Bethany's home and in Sarah's home in Singapore.
Of course, I would love to have one of your paintings.
We are serving a mission in East Malaysia which is part of the Singapore Mission. We are having a great experience.
I do appreciate your great talents.
Mary R. Brady, Bethany's mom
I would love to win this! I have a cookbook "Aux Bonnes Choses" from Sarah back in Geneve with some of your drawings and painting. I love it! You are quite talented and have a wonderful son and daughter in law. :) Ann Watkins

I love this beautiful piece! Paris has been asking me if we can ask Kayla's Grammy to paint us a picture too!
ReplyDeleteWhat a delightful painting, Sharon. I love how your zest for life and beauty is portrayed in your work and your words. I wish you could have joined Sarah and I today on our Chinese New Year walk through Chinatown!

ReplyDeleteI love spring! My birthday is the VERY first day of spring! So on that day I always sneak out before anyone is awake to look for signs of blossoms and those little purple flowers and daffodils. :) Spring isn't spring w/out new blooms and fresh flowers. I love the painting. It has a very fresh appearance and carefree feeling about it. :)
ReplyDeleteAnyone remember the movie, You've Got Mail? Meg Ryan's character says: I love Daisy's. They're so friendly. Don't you think they the friendliest flower?"
